Robert began coaching and training in the real estate industry in 2007 when he became one of the first Productivity Coaches in the nation with Keller Williams Realty. Robert is an International Performance Coach as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mental Emotional Release and Hypnotherapy who has helped thousands of people achieve a higher level of success in their business and personal life. Aside from leading a team of six coaches with Keller Williams Realty San Diego Metro, he also serves as their Managing Broker for over 300+ agents.  

With more than 25,000 hours of coaching time, Robert has been fortunate in helping many business owners create a recurring revenue stream that enables them to have more time and freedom doing what matters to them. His clients have experienced quantum leaps in their business that generate millions of more dollars.
