Dale Erwin is a highly respected member of the Texas real estate community. After traveling around the country as an Air Force brat, his family put down roots in the TCU area of Fort Worth over thirty years ago.

After receiving his broker’s license, Dale bought a RE/MAX franchise and operated in Fort Worth. The market was again headed into troubled waters with the bank collapse and the great crash of 2007. Despite the upheaval, Dale persevered where many failed. As a self- described tech guru, Dale also found unique and inventive ways during that time to market his brand using the latest in technology. He was an inaugural member of the national E-Pro designation.

Dale has always had a passion for public speaking, which harkens back to his high school and college days as a theater major. He is also a real estate speaker and trainer, and is certified to teach many courses for the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Dale also served as the president of the Fort Worth Board of Realtors in 2005. In the twenty three years Dale has practiced real estate, he has brokered well over 2,000 transactions, working with both buyers and sellers.

In the summer of 2014, Dale was approached by Keller Williams in Fort Worth, Texas to join their office as a broker associate. Dale also owns www.househunter.com a nationally recognized marketing company that specializes in unique ways for businesses, buyers and sellers to market and advertise their various properties and services.

When Dale is not working, (which is rare,) he enjoys going on cruises, watching live theater, and has a personal mission to bet at every blackjack table in every state in the nation that has legalized gaming.
